Individual Therapy

Individual therapy in-office sessions are approximately 50- 60 minutes and are provided weekly or multiple times a week, depending on the needs of the client.  Additional exposure sessions may be provided outside of the office (e.g. in the home, in the community, etc) on an as needed basis depending on a mutually agreed upon treatment plan.

Family Therapy & Couples Therapy

Family or couples therapy is available to help parents and/or partners of individuals experiencing mental health issues to develop the skills needed to cope with a particular situation. Together they can work on skill building in ways that bring about productive change for the entire family.
